Terms of use

Last updated 30 October 2026

By using the Invesly website or app you agree to these terms. If you use Invesly for an agency, you agree for that agency too.

What Invesly is

Invesly is software that helps buyer's agents and home buyers organise a property purchase. It is not a law firm, conveyancer, lender or financial adviser, and nothing in it is legal, financial or tax advice. Always confirm dates, obligations and documents with your solicitor or conveyancer.

AI features

Vesta and document pre-checks can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as a prompt to check, not as a final answer.

Your account and your content

  • Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
  • You own what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you.
  • Only add people and information you have the right to share.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Invesly available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of the service.
