Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what we need to run your purchase, keep it safe, and never sell it.
Last updated 30 October 2026
This policy explains how Invesly (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on this website and in the Invesly app. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, agency and anything you write in a form or message.
- Purchase details your agent or you add to the app: the property, key dates, documents and messages.
- Basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
- To run the app: show each person the steps, documents and messages that are theirs to see.
- To send emails you ask us to send, for example to your solicitor or inspector.
- To answer questions you send through this website.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it.
We do not sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
AI features
Vesta and document pre-checks use an AI service to read the purchase details and documents they are asked about. That processing may happen outside Australia. The service provider may not use your information to train its models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with people on the purchase you have chosen to involve, and with service providers who help us run Invesly (hosting, email delivery, AI processing), under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Where it's stored and how it's protected
Purchase data is hosted in Australia. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, uploads are scanned for viruses, and access is limited to the people and staff who need it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. If you have a concern about how we handled it, tell us and we will respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
